The Corniche d'Or, carved out of the rock, overlooks the extraordinarily transparent seabed.

THE PALET D'OR

After more than 20 years working as a pastry chef with renowned figures in the culinary world such as Marc Veyrat, Jacques Maximin and Bruno de Lorgues, Didier Carrié took up the challenge of setting up his own business, an experience that was missing from his list of achievements as a talented pastry chef. Île d’Or

The Ile d'Or is one of the most beautiful symbols of the Estérel Côte d'Azur. Visible from the plage du Dramont beach, its tall tower is intriguing. It has inspired the world of comics and cinema. Discover the mysteries of this small island off the coast of Saint-Raphaël.
